Why I Write
I fear being seen too much — as if opening the door to my inner world might invite misunderstanding or noise. But then I think of people like him.
Quiet, introspective, intense burning souls who see beauty in small things — in stickers, in humble cars, in sunsets that linger through the west-facing window of childhood.
If someone like him wrote about those moments, I would listen.
I would want to know how he sees the world, what he notices, what he keeps.
So when doubt visits me, I remember that I write for people like him, and like me — and for anyone who still pauses long enough to feel. For those who find meaning in the ordinary, who carry tenderness quietly, and who need words that recognize their depth.
